"Didn’t Get My Premium Key"
I forked over cash for 90 days of EMLOAD premium but only got 30 days. After I sent a few complaints, they claimed they were hit by some bad actors and that the issue was fixed.
Well, the fix was that I can’t access EMLOAD anymore, and my money’s just vanished—no refund in sight.
Now, I can’t even get in touch with them.

Right off the bat, I gotta say, the customer service is awesome!
Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck when my internet cut out right after I made my payment. I didn’t get an order ID or anything like that. But, I still got charged.
When I reached out to customer support about the issue, they fixed it for me!
